Chalets Hygge offer 6 different cabins, located in Domaine Cheribourg, a community of cottages steps away from the Mont-Orford National Park. We can confidently say that Chalets Hygge deliver on their promise of total and utter hygge!
Fully stocked chalets, with beautiful outdoor spaces, full kitchens, comfy beds and so much more. These rental cottages can accommodate from 4 to 8 guests very comfortably.

The hosts (Kerri and Philippe) are the main reason you want to stay here. They are some of the most charming and sweetest people ever. And they do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The unique design of each chalet is also a welcome change from the generic hotel room or bland cottage you’ll stay in the Eastern Townships. Plus, the fact that all the Chalets Hygge cabins are pet-friendly is a total plus!

Laö Cabines, the ultimate glamping experience in microcabins in Quebec
Laö Cabines are truly unique microcabins in the Eastern Townships. These tiny homes are one of the most eco-friendly places to stay in Quebec. Located in the town of Racine, Laö Cabines is a unique set of cottages in the Eastern Townships. They are not the types of accommodations you’re used to seeing in Quebec.
Surrounded by trees and lakes, these 9 different mini cabins in Quebec offer amazing views that make you feel immersed in nature. With minimal decor, these cabins are a mix of glamping (fancy camping) with a touch of the comforts of home.
Because sustainability is at the heart of their philosophy, these cottages are minimal. There is no running water – which means you have an allotted amount of water to use, your shower is a camping shower and the toilet is a compost toilet. But you do have very comfortable beds, a couch and a well-stocked kitchen. Even if you’re glamping, you only need to bring your clothes and essentials.
On site, you also have access to a hot tub (there are two), a hiking trail, lakes you can swim in or paddle, kayak or canoe on. And each cottage comes with an outdoor space and fire pit.
What makes Laö Cabines so special
The eco-friendly factor is what makes these unique cabins in Quebec. From the minimal design to the way they were built, these mini cottages in Quebec were built with care to have the least impact possible on the surrounding nature. They’re solar-powered (although they don’t have AC plugs to power your laptop or other electronics, they do have 2 USB plugs and lights).
The fact that the cabins have no running water in the cottage make the experience the perfect mix of camping, glamping and a cottage stay.
The views you get from these micro-cabins, with their large windows or rooftop windows offer amazing views of the natural surroundings. You seriously feel like you’re immersed in nature.
Who should stay at Laö Cabines
These rental cottages are great for couples or families who love to go camping but what to live in a bit more comfort. Because you have a roof over your head, some electricity and easy access to water and a kitchen, you don’t need to pack as much.
These unique accommodations in Quebec are also great for those who love the idea of camping but don’t want to get all the gear. Or who still want to have the comforts of home.

Hébergement aux Cinq Sens, rustic living and reconecting to nature in Piopolis
Located in Piopolis, you will find one of the best places in the Eastern Townships to experience Indigenous culture and a reconnection to nature. Nestled in the woods, between the majestic mountains, and in the heart of the Dark Sky Reserve, you have the unique accommodations of Hébergement aux Cinq Sens.
Here, you will find unique accommodations like cozy tiny homes, floating hammock tents and yourtes. They also have campgrounds where you can pitch your own tent. But let us tell you, it’s not the accommodations that make Hébergement aux Cinq Sens so unique. In fact, everything about this place is unique and special.
The team at Hébergement aux Cinq Sens, Paule and Benoit, will take you on a journey to help you reconnect with nature and find peace and beauty within their lands. They do it all by diving deep into Paule’s Huron-Wendat heritage, one of the First Nations of Quebec. They host an activity with all their guests, Connecting with the spirit of the Forest, where they tell you more about nature and how we’re all connected to it. Since you stay in rustic accommodations without running water or electricity, this talk helps put a lot into perspective. Plus, on starry nights, you’ll also be able to have a special presentation by Benoit who is super knowledgeable.
The tiny homes feature electricity, but no bathrooms. While the yourtes and tents do not have power or running water. Instead, you are provided a jug of drinking water and another jug of rainwater. This helps you realize how much water you actually use. And since there is no running water, there is also no bathroom in the accommodations. Instead, you have compost bathrooms (or outhouses) located throughout the site. This is also in an effort to save water. You do have access to a toilet and shower at the main house.
Hébergement aux Cinq Sens also features a garden where they grow so many delicious things that you can purchase for your own meals. Plus, they also have chickens that lay eggs. There’s also an infrared sauna where you can detox and relax.
What makes Hébergement aux Cinq Sens such unique accommodations
Sure, the accommodations are pretty special at Hébergement aux Cinq Sens. It’s not every day you get to sleep in a yourte, in a hanging hammock tent or a tiny home. But this place is so much more than its accommodations.
Paule and Benoit play a big part in making this place so unique. Their love of nature and the respect they show it is what sets them apart. From the ‘connecting with the spirit of the forest’ talk to the starry nights to the garden they have and the efforts they make, you really feel like they are doing their part to help Mother Nature out and helping others be one with her.
Plus, the fact that you get to experience some of the many traditions of the First Nations also makes Hébergement aux Cinq Sens so unique.
Who should stay at Hébergement aux Cinq Sens
This place is perfect for anyone who wants to reconnect with nature. It’s perfect for campers and glampers alike. Their range of accommodations is great for anyone who wants to be lost (and found) in nature.
It’s also a great place to stay for anyone who wants to reconnect with Mother Nature. Anyone, who like us, lives the stress of environmental anxiety and doesn’t want to feel helpless anymore. It helps you put so much into perspective. It’s really a unique place to fall in love with nature all over again.

Stunning rental cabins in Mont-Tremblant
Mont-Tremblant is probably one of Quebec’s most touristic areas. We totally get why – the region has a ton of delicious food options, hiking trails and national parks, ski resorts, lakes and beaches, waterfalls and so much more.
With so much to do, you can either spend a week here, or go on a weekend getaway from Montreal. Either way, you’ll need a place to stay. We have you covered!
Kabinhaus, a luxury cabin steps away from the best attractions in Tremblant
Kabinhaus is a cozy chalet to rent in La Conception’s renowned Chic Shack community. It’s located about 20 minutes from the Tremblant ski resort, the new Sentier des Cimes and so many of the other attractions in the Mont-Tremblant area. This decked-out cottage in Quebec is the perfect place to call home for a few days (or more).
Kabinhaus is designed with a clear desire to help guests reconnect with nature, all while living in ultimate comfort. There are huge windows all around, so you can feel totally immersed in nature, while letting the light shine in all day long, even on gloomy fall and winter days.
The cabin has 2 large bedrooms and a full bathroom. You can sleep 4 people very comfortably at the cottage. Plus, with fast wifi and a desk, you can also work from Kabinhaus, if you need to. But we highly recommend taking the time off to enjoy the peaceful surroundings here.
There’s also a large patio deck that stretches around the cottage. Here, you can enjoy a meal outside on the wooden patio set. Or, you can grab your book and read while listening to the leaves whispering in the wind. Or, you can enjoy a moment of total relaxation while taking a dip in the hot tub.
Out front, you can sit on cooler nights and warm up by the fire pit. Since the cabin is located on a quiet street, you still enjoy the peacefulness of nature, even in front of the cabin.
The open concept living room and kitchen are amazing. Whether you’re a couple heading to Kabinhaus, or 2 groups of friends, there’s enough space for all to enjoy. This Quebec rental chalet boasts a fully stocked kitchen – so even if you forget a few essential cooking items, they have you covered. Plus, the kitchen opens to a large living area with a central fireplace. Perfect for those quintessential cabin nights!
What makes Kabinhaus so unique
We absolutely loved the feeling of being immersed in nature at Kabinhaus. We spent so much time outside, either on the patio, reading a book with a coffee, or cozying up in the hot tub. We also spent evenings chatting by the outdoor fire pit.
The open-concept living area was also one of our favorite features here. The windows all around made it feel as if we were still outside, but with all the cozy luxury amenities you expect from a cabin.
Another feature we loved about Kabinhaus is its perfect location, close to the Tremblant ski resort, the Mont-Tremblant national park and other attractions. This makes it the perfect cottage to rent in Tremblant. Whether you choose to go out and explore the surroundings, or stay in for the ultimate staycation, or even if you want to use the space as your home office to work during the day, and explore in the afternoon and evening, Kabinhaus has you covered!
Who is Kabinhaus perfect for
Kabinhaus is the perfect couple’s getaway cabin. And we mean, it can be perfect for a single couple, or for 2 couple friends to enjoy. It can also work for a small family, but we feel like the high-end furnishings and luxury living would make for some trouble with a rambunctious toddler… Either way, with 2 large beds in the 2 bedrooms, you can decide who you want to relax with!
This is the perfect cabin for those who want to enjoy the best of the Tremblant area while staying away from the crowds of tourists that flock to the ski village. At only a 20-minute drive away, this cottage is ideal for those who want to balance out calm and relaxation with exploration and fun!

What makes Chalet Chevrefeuille such a unique cottage in Mont-Tremblant
The size and the beauty of this cabin are what set it apart from other rental cottages in Quebec we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The fact that it has 3 rooms (and a flex one) with king and queen beds. The 2.5 bathrooms. The large living space. The fully stocked kitchen. The large windows, the elevated view of the mountains, the platform where you can have your morning coffee, the fire pit and the swing set outside. It has everything you need to make your stay in Mont-Tremblant as comfy as possible.
The fact that it’s also so close to the Tremblant ski resort, the Mont-Tremblant national park and other attractions in the area makes it the perfect cottage to rent in Tremblant. Whether you choose to go out or stay and cocoon inside, this is a fantastic little cabin.
Who is Ölch Cabine perfect for
The great thing about Ölch is that it’s great for families and couples alike. The cottage is child-friendly, as they offer games, and baby chairs and other accessories you may need. There’s also a big yard in the front where little ones can play (under parental supervision).

Nothing too crazy, right?
Wrong! They also have a little cabin nestled in the woods, up on the hill where the property is located. This cozy chalet is the cutest place you’ve seen, with windows on all 3 sides and no blinds. There’s also a little fire pit and an outdoor bathroom – because you’re out there all alone anyway!

And what’s really cool about them is that each one is truly unique. Built by Steve and other workers, they feature cool elements like slides outside or floating nets you can chill on inside. A great way to create unforgettable memories with your family or loved ones.
Each cabin sleeps between 2 and 6 people and has everything you need to be comfy. It’s glamping at its best. All you have to bring is your sleeping bag, drinking water, a towel, body soap and your food, and you’re good to go!
Regardless of the cabin you choose, each one features a fire pit outside, hammocks and hanging chairs as well as a BBQ set. Inside, you have a kitchen with a sink, stovetop and a small fridge. All your cooking essentials are included. They also have a few books and games available. The bathrooms in Hauts Refuges are compost toilets located outside each cabin.
If you choose to never leave the property, you can still have tons of fun. On the property, you have a few games available as well as plenty of hiking trails. There’s also a chicken coop and a recently built common bathroom area with a running toilet, a shower and a sink. You also have a few lounge chairs, picnic tables and hammocks located on the shores of the little stream that runs through the property.
If you’re looking for a cozy place to stay during your trip to Charlevoix, Hauts Refuges is a great place to call home for a few days. Since there is no network on the property, you can truly disconnect from everyday life, and reconnect with nature and your loved ones.
What makes Hauts Refuges a great rental cabin in Charlevoix
Beyond its unique character and the fact that it’s a family-owned and operated business, the Hauts Refuges are perfect if you want to disconnect from your busy life and to get lost in nature’s beauty.
The terrace of the cabins give you an amazing view of the nearby mountains. The firepit, chairs and hammocks outside allow you to enjoy your time in nature, reveling in the peace and quiet that comes with being so far from others.
However, it’s also very well-located, in case you do want to go out and explore the beautiful region of Charlevoix. Les Éboulements is pretty much halfway between Baie-Saint-Paul and La Malbaie, which means you’re a stone’s throw away from some of the best restaurants, hikes and activities in the area.
Who is Hauts Refuges perfect for
These unique cabins are perfect for couples looking to reconnect together and with nature. Even better if you’re active, as there is a ton to do in the area, so you can choose to lounge around the cabins, or go out and explore the region.
